Two brothers, one shared vision
Errikos brings 15 years of professional experience across Greece, London, Dubai, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Working within different culinary cultures has shaped his approach, combining familiar flavours with contemporary techniques and a broader international perspective.
Sifis has built his career around Mediterranean cuisine, working across various Greek islands and exploring the richness of Greece’s culinary traditions. His experience with local ingredients, regional recipes and different cooking styles has shaped a distinctive approach that brings authentic flavours into a contemporary setting.
Our kitchen
At Oliveta, we personally source, select and buy our ingredients, choosing each one for its quality and flavour. Our involvement begins with that selection and continues through every stage of preparation, right up to the plate we serve.
Everything is made from scratch in our own kitchen, from slowly simmered stocks and carefully prepared sauces to the finishing touches of each dish. We use no powdered bases, ready made mixes or meals prepared in advance. Every preparation is our own, made by hand with the time, skill and attention it deserves.
